For the first visit, please bring your prescription for therapy from your referring and primary care physician (if different). If your insurance requires a referral and your physician has not given the referral to you, please ensure it is faxed to our office (603-669-0103) prior to your evaluation. Bring your insurance card so we may copy it and verify your coverage. Also bring any other pertinent medical history reports.

What are the costs?

Our office staff verifies insurance coverage on each patient and will individually review your deductibles and co-payments. If you are without insurance and choose to pay privately, a fee schedule will be provided upon request.

What are our hours?

We are open Monday through Friday 8:00 a.m. to 6:30 p.m.

How long is the first visit?

The initial evaluation is approximately 1 hour. Your therapist will let you know the frequency of therapy and how long each session will be based on your evaluation findings and treatment plan.
