ARTHRITIS PROGRAM
This program has been designed specifically to meet the needs of patients with arthritis to provide early intervention and patient education. Pain reduction and prevention of deformity are stressed along with self-management techniques and gentle strengthening programs that enhance client function.

New Hampshire Hand Therapy Center also specializes in treating clients who have undergone surgery and need rehabilitation for the following:

Carpal tunnel release

It is important that hand therapy start very early following any surgical procedures to achieve the best possible outcome and minimize the need for long term therapy.

MASTECTOMY PROGRAM
Our program is tailored to the individual needs of women who have undergone a mastectomy or reconstructive surgery. We offer a multi-disciplinary team approach with expertise in pre-operative evaluation and education as well as post-surgery scar management, desensitization, pain management techniques, range of motion and strengthening exercises. The therapy program aims to assist women in returning to normal daily activities and work as soon as possible by regaining physical abilities and minimizing discomfort. We respect women's needs for private and personalized treatment by caring and very experienced professionals.
